About Us:

Maritime CleanTech is expanding and looking for new team members. We are dedicated to green maritime innovation, developing climate-friendly solutions for vessels and infrastructure in close collaboration with our partners. We seek individuals who share our commitment and have several years of experience following relevant education. You should have the capacity to drive projects forward and the ability to collaborate across various professional fields, both in industry and academia.

At Maritime CleanTech, you'll be involved in teamwork, project development, business development, and innovation. You'll work strategically to ensure progress and foster strong alliances. Through close cooperation with our network of approximately 140 member companies, you'll engage with a unique network of skilled partners across the green maritime industry.

What You'll Do:

• Manage technology development projects with partners in international consortiums.

• Oversee projects and report both technical and financial status to grant providers, typically the EU.

• Conduct project meetings and establish and maintain plans and budgets.

• Represent Maritime CleanTech externally, in projects, meetings with member companies, and dialogues with external partners.

• Provide ongoing support and follow-up with Maritime CleanTech's member companies.

• Present Maritime CleanTech and our projects at fairs, conferences, and during delegation visits.

• Identify relevant support schemes and collaborate with colleagues and partners on application development.

What You Bring:

• A master's degree in a technical, economic, or other relevant field.

• Experience in project work related to innovation and/or technology development.

• Knowledge of and interest in the maritime industry, renewable energy, and the transition to a sustainable society.

• Strong ability to drive processes and projects forward.

• Excellent oral and written communication skills in Norwegian and English.

• Strategic and analytical thinking skills.

• Flexibility, high work capacity, and an innovative, positive, and motivated attitude.

• A team-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results through close collaboration with colleagues and external parties.

• Ability to build relationships and create networks.

• Relevant work experience, preferably from shipyards, maritime companies, or project work, is a plus.
